Il problema dell’overthinker (di chi pensa troppo)
Commenta OVERTHINKING per l’esercizio di 2 minuti per interrompere il loop!!
You don’t always need more energy.
Sometimes you’re just stuck in a state.
Flat. Lazy. Heavy. Mentally foggy. Disconnected from yourself.
And when that happens, most people reach for more stimulation: coffee, sugar, phone, music, another distraction.
But the breath can also shift your state. Directly. Without adding anything external.
What you see in this video:
A dynamic alternate nostril Bhastrika variation.
Active exhale through the left nostril.
Active inhale through the right nostril.
Repeat 30” seconds.
Then switch sides.
Repeat this 3-5 times.
No tension in the neck. No shoulders lifting. No forcing. If you feel dizzy — stop. You’re doing too much.
If 30” feels too much start with 10–15 cycles. Then pause completely and notice:
Did your focus change?
Your body temperature?
Your level of presence?
That observation is the practice. Not the technique itself.
On the Uddiyana Bandha (Vacuum) at the end:
That is an advanced variation performed after a complete exhale, in external retention. It is not necessary to experience the state shift.
‼️Do not replicate it from a reel unless you already know the practice and have been properly guided.
Avoid intense breathing practices and retentions if you have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, arrhythmias, glaucoma, pregnancy, epilepsy, a history of fainting or if you are suffering with serious conditions.
You are not creating energy.
You are changing the state your body is already in.
That’s a different thing entirely.
Save this for the days you need and share with someone who needs this.
Tell me in the comments: what changes first for you — focus, body, or energy level?
