A New Day On A New Year

On new year’s day 2018, a member of a mourning family called us. Their grandfather just passed away early morning in a local hospital. They are a poor family, but they want a proper and good funeral for their grandfather for the last time.

Most of our workers were having new year celebration and still sleeping. Still we do our best to serve the family in need.

Hospital services were late, the body still haven’t been wash or embalmed for 5 hours, probably because lack of medical staff due to new year. So the disappointed and angered family took their grandfather home, to do the services themselves. As we were working on the decoration we can hear the family members complaining about the late hospital service. The casket were placed, and the decoration was ready. As the body were dressed properly.

The family had chosen a cream colored suit for their grandfather. Matches with the white shirt, gold tie, and the black shoes that we pick. Family members then help to place their grandfather in the casket. The house suddenly quiet as they gathers around him.
