Cauliflower fritters are one of the delicious Hormonal Reset-friendly savory snacks. 🤤🤤⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2-3 Large Cauliflower, cut into florets⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 Eggs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Cups Almond Meal⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 Cup Purple Cabbage⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Green Chilis⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tbsp Roasted Cumin Seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tsp Gram Masala or desired spice mix⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tbsp Olive Oil (for frying)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How to:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 - Process cauliflower in a food processor until blended, transfer to a large bowl.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 - Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 - Stir the ingredients until fully mixed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 - Heat enough olive oil to cover the bottom of a frying pan over medium heat.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 - Drop heaping tablespoons of the cauliflower mixture into the hot oil; fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
