Today I started making Parmesan Cheese. The cheese will stay in the press overnight. I will brine it tomorrow and then it dries out on the counter. The first one I made turned out great 👌 So I was eager to make another. In a few days it will be moved from the counter to my cheese cave to age over the next few months. I also made some sweet cream butter out of the left over cream I had.... Now I'm drawing a tub! I ❤️ the weekend! Cheers!

Back to my happy place! Jamu, fresh fruit, flowers and a view! Life doesn't get much better then this 🤗... Feeling so happy and greatful to be back in Bali
