The Beauty of Slowness
Message from Jeff, June 2026
Excerpts:
Sloth is a beautiful creature with a handsome look and a gentle but tight hug. When someone proceed to save them from harm, they will acknowledge it and return with the “thank you” gesture. That has been recorded in multiple occasions. Sloth is considered as one of the more extreme examples in terms of being slow, but at the same time we can learn numerous things from them. Learn to be patient, learn to take a time, etc.
We perceive sloths as insanely slow, but in their perception, they may see humans move like a ridiculous 3x sped-up video, right?
Rather than blaming ourselves for becoming slow, we actually need to see from a different perspective, from a different point of view. The more we align and attune ourselves to the ascension pathway, the faster we will perceive time (because time is compressing as the frequency of vibration is rising). So, in our perceptual reality, we also see ourselves as becoming slower. It is a natural process, and I am now beginning to understand that what our soul wants to experience is the process, as opposed to the results. It’s more like this: whatever you do, do it with love, and when you do it with love, you will enjoy the process and regard the result satisfyingly no matter what the result is. A process-oriented person is more attractive than the result-oriented person just because the energy signature emitted from the heart is stronger and higher in its frequency. It is completely fine to take time. Chill is the new sexy!
