Jalankan ahnrpt.exe didalam HShield (Lokasi folder: PB>HShield)
Pilih Malicious Code Report yang berada di bagian kiri atas disebelah Error Report
Tekan Add files dan pilih file sfc.dll / sfc_os.dll yang berada di folder system32
Jika report disimpan, file dengan ekstensi .arc akan terbuat, kirimkan file berekstensi .arc ini pada tim PB.
