Bali Flow Temple is a cultural exchange art center that has been endorsed by the local indiginous people. It is not some corporate colonial entity.

We have kept the Residency super affordable.

Typical Daily Schedule for Bali Flow Temple Artist Residency

🌺8am to 8:30am Meditation exploring various meditation techniques. Including Vapasana, Red Tara, Self Scanning and 7 senses development, Breath and Mindfullness, Self Cleaning and Pressence and Loving Awareness.

🌺8:30am to 9am Breakfast (mostly fruits and light foods.)

🌺9am to 11am Yoga. Many differeent Yoga Styles by many different amazing teachers.

🌺11am to 1pm Lunch. Hearty meal.

🌺1pm to 3pm Flow Arts Class. alternaing between Poi, Staff, Double Staff, Dragon Staff, Hoop, etc…

🌺3pm to 5pm Acro Yoga, or Thai Massage, or Aerial Silks, or any number of classes offered.

🌺5pm > eventing Free time. We often use this time to go on adventures to powerful water temples, beautiful jungle adventures water falls and more!

We often go to UBud for dinner at any of the amazing restaurants. Go to Kirtan song circles at Sayuri or go to Yoga Barn for one of the many amazing events.


Here is a potential weekly schedule of other activites that happen outside of the typical daily schedule. Note that some of these activites may cost extra. Most cost between $7usd and $10.
