It's been a long time since I posted on my socials, be assured though that there has been a lot going on behind the scenes! Don't be mistaken I'm still tipping away, the bikes are always coming and going!
A few longer term recommissioning projects, small restorations and several time consuming projects of my own have kept me very busy, always finding time though to fit the regular servicing and maintenance in as well as focusing on sales, there's been a good few sold over the past few months and more due up soon!
This latest one goes to show the lack of before and afters I'm getting nowadays, a light restoration on this future classic, 2001 Honda CR125 2 stroke. I don't usually work on motocross but restoration work of old 2 strokes always peaks my interest!
Stay tuned for more updates as the winter season creeps in I'll have more time to be posting again 😎
Stay safe as always everyone!

Haven't posted in months due to how busy I've been but I had to post this one.
The canadian gentleman that owns this particular machine has travelled hundreds of thousands of kilometres all over the globe, on this trip he tackled most of mainland Europe and one of his last stops before finally ending his journey in Spain on a personal quest that had a lot of meaning, was taking a look at our beautiful emerald isle.
Having had no problems on his long adventures around the world, 1 hour.... a mere 60 minutes of landing in Ireland, a bunch of Dublins finest decided they wanted his bike as it was parked outside his hotel on O'Connell street. They smashed his disc lock and front brake disc clean off it, destroyed his ignition, front wheel, steering lock and top yoke and left him stranded. I got the call on Sunday evening and was told he needed the bike back on the road for his Ferry to Spain on Thursday morning.
By the grace of God (and the help of the lads in city spares for a few parts 😉) I managed to get this rider back on the road, bike safe and with a few emergency repairs, I even got the bike back to him a day early. Enough that he got a chance to experience our beautiful countryside before he left for greener pastures.
Despite his experience, he said the good people of ireland that helped him out and showed kindness towards him, made up for the bad. I'll always try my very best to help anyone in need, from far and wide. And only delighted to see this man one step closer to completing his journey 😎 all is well that ends well.

Lads never realise the nightmare of wiring custom electronics, this one was no exception! A Bandit 1200 with an upside down front end came in for a Daytona Digital Speedometer to be wired in and this may look like a simple step by step but is really a summary of nearly 8 hours of work deciphering wiring diagrams and making a loom!
Worked out a treat, also made a custom mount from a GPS mounting bracket, mounted the new headlight and mounts and out the door she goes!

Gotten out of the habit of posting the actual repair and maintenance jobs (that often take up the majority of the week) all you lot get to see is the shiny stuff!
But some examples of the work done over the past few weeks, from repairing wiring on several attempted theft and stolen recovered machines, full inspections and in depth services and repairs, fork seals, carb cleans, steering bearings, custom bike fabrication, you name it!
Coming closer towards riding season, so if in doubt, get them checked out lads 😎👍
