Seandun Rally 2011

Well we here in Seandún Macra a week later are only just about recovered from a savage Seandún Rally 2011 weekend and have finally caught up on our must needed sleep...what a weekend it was...i think we are all in agreement nothing could compare to it by far!!We would like to thank absolutely everyone of you for taking... to the roads and travelling from far and near to the Radisson Blu Cork for the bank holiday weekend....we can certainly say that many a friendship was made and memories made to cherish for a lifetime:):) We would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who helped us make this weekend such a huge success....especially our main sponsors Dairygold, all in Macra na Feirme National headquarters, all the staff and management of the Radsson Blu Hotel, Little Island, Cork and finally every single member in Seandún Macra and beyond who travelled around the country over the past year or so:):) Now roll on Waterford Rally 2012:):)

Hope everyone is looking forward to County Officer Training in Kilkenny this weekend.....we in Seandún certainly are:):) Then we will have a brilliant game of hurling to look forward to on Sunday in the All Ireland Hurling Final....who to cheer on....:):)

WEll it's official Seandún Rally has gone live...we had our first of hopefully many radio programs aired last nite, to give just a taste of what our upcoming rally has in store including a few songs and yarns along the way, on County Sound 103FM thanks to Jimmy Reidy and friends...well done to all involved...it was a great success and certainly a very entertainin show :)
