Recently granted planning permission
for 280sqm house in Barrack St, Kinsale.

This new 2 storey Civic Centre is set in St Mary Park between the Main Street of Croom & the River Maigue. The primary function was to create a hub providing much needed community facilities while also connecting the town with the park. The new Civic Centre incorporates a restaurant, library, function room with stage performance facilities and general community offices and ancillary spaces. The development also includes a new playground overlooked from the restaurant & a network of new walkways throughout the park & along the river.
