Total Fitness Class on Mondays from 6-7pm at St. Finbarr's H&FC.

This class combines cardio, strength & conditioning and stretching exercises to help you achieve all round fitness, toning and weight loss.

Hi Everyone. Happy New Year. This is your opportunity to get fit fast and burn fat for 24hrs after you've finished your class! Metafit is a body weight training class suitable for all fitness levels. It only takes 30 minutes! Classes starting at St. Finbarrs H&F club tomorrow Monday for 6 weeks. 9:15am - 10am. See you there😄
