Finally made our way to Sarlat-la-Canéda in the Dordogne region of SW France. Don't know why it took us so long. Too beautiful to post just one or two photos 🧡

Shadowplay
Never realised how useful shadows can be to see how close (or far away) you are. Still not allowed to put my full body weight on my arms after a minor surgery in Nov. It's been intersting practicing hands free and nice taking the opportunity to practice some asymmetrical backbends that I rarely do. It's so easy to get stuck in a pose rut. Still have that challenging left side...

For some reason flipping the grip without a belt doesn't feel good in my body, maybe it's the long torso & short legs (lucky me 🤣) so reaching back is what I gotta do for now.
