Access bars is an energy technique which is based on 32 points on our head, that when lightly touched, release thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, traumas, considerations that stops us from living and creating a life we desire.

Few schools around the world implemented bars in their curriculum and made research. They proved that children regulate emotions better, improve coping skills, concentration, building self confidence, resilience, overcoming peer challenges, bullying has decreased, cognitive functions have risen up, relationships are strengthening and many more.

It is worldly used in healings, therapies, welnesses, schools around the world, mental health institutions, prisons, sports, counselling services...

What is actually doing is rooting down to the subconscious mind and clearing traumas, considerations, blockages. It is like you press the delete button on your hard disc, clean the data and create new space. It is clearing, decluttering a head, brain, mind.
