We’re delighted to mark yet another major milestone: 850 signatories have now adopted the Dignity at Work Code of Behaviour, including almost 600 organisations. 💫

Together, these organisations and individuals have pledged to foster safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces—where artists, arts workers and creatives can thrive, free from all forms of harmful behaviour.

We encourage arts organisations and individuals to formally sign up and publicly demonstrate their commitment to putting these principles into practice.
