We're going to need a bigger silverware cabinet soon! took home a huge win in the men's open category this week at the Battle of Fermanagh, including a 300kg PB deadlift and took the win in u105kg men's category in the Battle of Clara a couple of months ago.

We have loads going on behind the scenes with our next training session on Monday and more sessions planned with just to name a few.
