Our Clondalkin project is finished!

New stairs fitted to accomodate under stairs toilet and storage, plus an 18m² extension at the back of the house, including a 2m x 2m office.

This doubled the sitting room space of the beautifull terraced house and added comfort for the family of 4.

We managed all the construction work, from the ground, to finishing it to the highest standards, to give our customer a stress free process.

Flat roof, with Lava 20 finish (20 years guarantee), 2m² sky light to allow plenty of natural light in, internal insulation, lots of sockets and lights, 150mm under the floor insulation, new doors, skirting and arktraves, all finished with a briliant white paint.

All work completed in 6 weeks!
