RSP kids Easter camp finished up today!
What a great few days! We introduced the kids to different types of sports from Gaelic games, athletics, ultimate Frisbee, to Olympic weightlifting among others!
In the gym we introduced the kids to proper warmup and mobility techniques, we thought correct exercise technique regards the squat, lunges and plank exercises. There was also some fun had out doors playing games and using the knowledge learned inside the gym in the nearby Saint annes park๐
Great work from all the kids involved๐
