The Fit Factory Teen Academy is back on Tuesday May 7th at 5pm and will run every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 weeks.

This course caters for ages 12-16.
What we promote:
Youth exercise and activity ✔
Basic resistance training ✔
Fun games based activities ✔
100% Inclusion ✔
A safe, friendly and activeel environment✔

The course will cost €40 per teen for the full 4 weeks of training.

What they need:
Clothing and footwear suitable for exercise.
A bottle of water.
A towel.
A consent form (that we provide) signed by a parent/guardian.

We expect this course to be quite popular so be sure to book your spot soon.
