Ashbourne Community Games

A great day was had by all at Claremont, Navan where an amazingly well organised Meath Community Games Athletics Final took place in the glorious sunshine. Thank you Eileen Doherty and everyone for making a lot of Ashbourne kids very happy.

Dear Parent
If you would like your child to participate in the Meath County Athletics Final this year, then could you please email [email protected] to register your child’s interest before Friday 19th May 2023.

Your child must be able to attend on Monday, 5th June at Claremont Stadium, Navan.

Please email your child’s name, date of birth and home address plus their top three events in order of choice, i.e., 1, 2 and 3.
*Each child will only be allowed to participate in one event at the county athletics final. *

Each child must be underage before 1st August of this year, and they must reside in Ashbourne (have an Eircode starting with A84).

Two children may represent Ashbourne at the finals in each event. If more than two children want to do the event, then there will be a race held next Monday evening at 7pm at St Andrew’s Athletics Club.

Ashbourne Community Games will let you know by return email on Saturday if this is the case
