💫🏔️ World Masters Mountain Running Championships 🏔️✨
Huge congratulations are in order again today with Kilcoole AC's Lisa Byrne and the Irish F45 team claiming second 🥈 place for the second day in a row after they podiumed in the 7km uphill yesterday
Today Team Ireland 🇮🇪 tackled the 22km course the first 7km of which was yesterdays uphill course lest they forget 😂 and again battled the heat in Czechia 💪🙌👏
Huge congratulations to Lisa from all at Kilcoole AC we are very proud of you and delighted all of your hard work paid off and you're a shining example of what's possible 🌟 💫

All of Kilcoole Athletic Club would like to wish the very best of luck 🍀 to former club legend and current Bray Lakers superstar Zoe O’Hanlon who is competing at the special Olympics athletics event in Morton Stadium 🏟️ 👏🏼🙌🏼
