Dcoya, a leading company in the Cyber security industry, is looking for a motivated Customer Success to implement, manage and support the company's products to customers in Israel and abroad.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Experience in training customers on products and services.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Fluent Hebrew and English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Superb attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Strong customer service focus.
Skills:
• HTML / CSS – must
• IT proficient (particularly Excel)
