Can we really prepare for birthing our new identity? Great article
What Childbirth Taught Me that Yoga Never Could. Where yoga gives you bite-size chunks of difficulty and intensity to digest at your own pace, birth shoves it down your throat.
Just taught a great birthdances workshop to a group of midwives and doulas!! Lots of fun!!
