TASUE studio

Our Story

I am a weaver; I create a variety of woven pieces from yarns and fibers. I am passionate about the value of natural materials and have a commitment to use them as the base of my work - from protein fibers such as wool and silk to cellulose fibers including cotton, bamboo, and linen. Their individual qualities, make up an array of attributes to choose from when creating a piece. From thread to tapestry, each handcrafted piece is made with reverence, mindfulness, and love. The love and care that are woven into each piece become part of the connection between the weaver and the wearer.

Weaving is a newer skill set in my diverse life experiences. Its discovery has sparked an exciting new vision of my own tapestry, creating a conduit with which to partner my backgrounds in education, doula support, organizational management, motherhood, and role as Rebbetzin with my newfound fibre arts skills.

I have created a workshop series though TASUE designs studio, located in Gush Etzion, Israel. Education and healing are roles that serve and support. They are a natural extension of my work as a weaver and hold a noteworthy place in my heart.

Experiencing a workshop with TASUE, opens the doors to hand-work and education with self-expression and personal development at the forefront. Working with students, I share the power of pausing and listening to one’s intuition in an open-minded, open-hearted, and fun environment. Students increase their self-awareness and discover a creative and tangible way to express themselves.
