Flat feet do not have to mean a lifetime of insoles.

For years I thought support had to come from the outside. But the real change happened when I started rebuilding the strength and awareness inside my feet. Your back should recover while you sleep, not hurt.

If you wake up with stiffness or pain, it is often because your body is not aligned well enough to relax and distribute pressure overnight. When the feet, hips, and spine are not stacked properly, certain muscles stay tense even during rest.

Can’t sit cross-legged on the floor?
