The traditional way of measuring career was set up during the industrial era where there were limited options available for the people inorder to run their life😵‍💫

Right now as the world is changing very rapidly that the job description itself is adjusting every 5 years once. And on top of it Millennials and Gen Z are optimising for completely different dimensions like salary, satisfactions, learning, freedom, etc which was never taught or heard of.

There’s no right answer for this as it varies depending upon the individuals 😵

The general advice for someone who’s starting now can be the mix of different dimensions together and then you can yourself see which one motivates you more and then focus on optimising it😎
