Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu met members of the Arunachal Pradesh Women Welfare Society (APWWS) and praised their long-standing contribution to women’s welfare and empowerment in the state.
During the meeting, Khandu described the members as “incredible women” and said their efforts reflected true service to society.

Furthermore, he acknowledged the organization’s grassroots work in promoting women’s rights, providing support services, and creating awareness.
The Chief Minister also commended APWWS for bringing positive social change over the years.
The organization remains one of Arunachal Pradesh’s oldest and most active women’s groups.
