Outer Layer:
✔ Jowar + Bajra mix dough
✔ Light smoked

Inner Stuffing:
✔ Paneer + Fox Tail Millet (Kangni)
✔ Dry fruits (cashew, raisin)
✔ Brown onion + saffron hint

Finish:
✔ Tandoor roasted
✔ Char marks
✔ Mustard oil glaze

# # # Outer Layer:

* Jowar Flour – 120 gm
* Bajra Flour – 80 gm
* Boiled Potato – 300 gm
* Roasted Besan – 50 gm
* Ginger Garlic Paste – 25 gm
* Garam Masala – 10 gm
* Salt – 15 gm

* Paneer – 400 gm
* Cooked Foxtail Millet – 200 gm
* Chopped Cashew – 40 gm
* Raisins – 30 gm
* Brown Onion – 80 gm
* Saffron milk – 10 ml
* Fresh Coriander – 20 gm

# 👨‍🍳 Preparation

1️⃣ Stuffing mix करें
2️⃣ Outer dough तैयार करें
3️⃣ Kofta ball बनाएं (stuffed center)
4️⃣ Seekh में लगाकर light press करें
5️⃣ Tandoor 300°C – 8–10 min
6️⃣ Final ghee + mustard oil glaze
