1️⃣ Stuffing mix करें
2️⃣ Outer dough तैयार करें
3️⃣ Kofta ball बनाएं (stuffed center)
4️⃣ Seekh में लगाकर light press करें
5️⃣ Tandoor 300°C – 8–10 min
6️⃣ Final ghee + mustard oil glaze
