The face says it all!

In 2021 I was at 72Kgs , had a fatty liver and was prediabetic.

2021 oct joined HWL , Lost 13 kgs .

2022 : started mentoring others for Healthyweighloss.

2024: coached numerous ppl, helped solving their health issue and mentoring others also to become health coach nw.

No one can defy aging but how you want to age and at what rate thats upto us!

All it takes is a decision to start and stay commited!
