☆ Since it’s a self-catered villa -- For 3 nights stay linen/towels will not be changed. If required linens/towels can be changed daily for an additional cost.
☆ The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV cameras and at night we have security guard on rotations.
☆ A security deposit of INR 10,000 cash is taken against damages. We will hold your booking on all travel portals for only 5 hours to do 50% non-refundable advance. The final balance must be paid on or before arrival.
☆ Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc. We can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional lady cooks or delivered by restaurants for an additional cost. The cook will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. We have staff to do small errand jobs, please tip them accordingly.
