At Electro Pneumatics, we believe EP Family and its well-being comes first.
On 30th April, we launched the Electro Pneumatics Fitness League (EFL) 2026—a 45-day, structured fitness initiative designed to embed a culture of health, awareness, and consistency into our everyday lives. EFL is a conscious step towards encouraging our people to prioritise their well-being and make fitness an integral part of their routine. More than just a program, we aim to scientifically bring about understanding of root causes of obesity and disease such as diabetes, heart disease, blood pressure and more, break myths and incorrect practices that we follow and develop the right approach and methods towards good health and fitness.
This initiative is grounded in insight and intent. It began with a comprehensive health check-up across the organisation, enabling us to understand where we stand and, more importantly, where we can improve. EFL 2026 has been thoughtfully designed to address these insights—through a balanced mix of Zumba sessions, functional training, professional diet and exercise coaching for Health Transformation, and team-based fitness challenges spread across six weeks.
Every week is an exciting week at EPHL. It's starts with an energetic Zumba session and ends with functional training sessions for whole five weeks. The health transformation challenge is also a special initiative, around forty volunteers will undergo a transformation to get in check their health issues like weight loss, sugar control, cholesterol and more. Each volunteer will have a dedicated professional personal health coach to guide them. The Health Transformation Challenge goes beyond EFL for four months.
We started EFL with an insightful session with a nutritionist to inspiring words from our leadership, and an energetic dance fitness session that brought everyone on their feet.
The response has been truly overwhelming, and we truly believe this will bring out a change in mindset, lifestyle habits and health of our EP Family members.

✨ ELECTROPNEUMATICS PREMIER LEAGUE 2026 (EPL 2026) ✨🏏
April 6th – April 23rd, 2026

What an incredible cricketing journey it has been! 💙🔥
For nearly three exciting weeks, the Electropneumatics family came together after office hours and on Sundays to celebrate teamwork, sportsmanship, passion, and pure cricketing energy through EPL 2026.
This year’s tournament featured 6 dynamic men’s teams battling it out in a thrilling Super Six league format:

• Ravi Ke Rangeele
• Rawade Ke Rowdies
• Deshmukh Ke Dabangg
• Tayade Ke Toli
• Saha Ka Sena
Played in an exciting 10-over format, every evening at the Electropneumatics Ground turned into a festival of cricket, cheering, and unforgettable moments. 🌟
The league stage witnessed some intense contests and standout performances:
🔥 Reddy Ke Rebels dominated the points table with an unbeaten run.
🔥 Ravi Ke Rangeele and Rawade Ke Rowdies showcased exceptional consistency to secure top positions.
🔥 Deshmukh Ke Dabangg completed the Top 4 and entered the knockout stage with determination.

🏆 Grand Finale qualification battle
And then came one of the most special highlights of EPL 2026 — the Women’s Cricket Match 💪🏏
👑 Thunder Queens vs Shakthi Strikers
Played on 22nd April, the match was an absolute nail-biter! Both teams displayed tremendous enthusiasm, fighting spirit, and sportsmanship. In a thrilling finish, Thunder Queens lifted the cup in the final over, making it one of the most memorable moments of the tournament. 🌟👏
The Men’s grand finale between Reddy Ke Rebels and Ravi Ke Rangeele was eagerly awaited by everyone. However, nature had its own plans. 🌧️
Due to heavy rains on the final day, the grand finale could not be completed, and both teams were officially declared Joint Champions of EPL 2026 🏆🏆
While the final match could not happen on the field, the true victory of EPL 2026 was the spirit of unity, enthusiasm, friendship, and teamwork that every participant and supporter brought to the tournament. ❤️
