Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers across PAN India.
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely information.
• Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
• Your primary responsibility will be to review, respond and manage the customer booking inquiry received from our portal www.firstrek.in
• Communicate with potential customers over the telephone to arrange preview package camping/trek/homestay/hotels.
• Connect with customers over the phone and respond to customer inquiries regarding their trek, tour, camp, homestay or hotel booking.
• Arrange follow-up calls with customers to convert their inquiries into bookings.
• Provide detailed information about the trek, tour, camp, and homestay to customers before confirming the booking.
• Ensure that individuals meet eligibility criteria for preview package camp/ trek/ tours/ homestay/ hotels before scheduling booking for Firstrek.in registered properties.
• Identify opportunities to offer complimentary rewards to guests as tokens of appreciation for their patronage, such as discounts in their package etc.
• Assist with general office tasks to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Accurately record and relay messages, maintaining clarity and completeness in communication channels.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role will be Preferred (optional)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Energetic while calling to customers with the aim of booking inquiry requirements and converting them into BOOKING.
