Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Hunger Killer located in Dehradun. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen and ensuring the quality of the food. The Chef will be responsible for designing menus, managing inventory, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The Chef will also be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is clean and compliant with food safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine
Experience in menu planning and creating new dishes
Excellent leadership and management skills
Experience in managing inventory and food costs
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
