-a Senior Social Worker, well known for her groundwork on child protection in urban communities and slum areas of Delhi, while speaking in the voluntary consultation expressed her concern saying, “Most POCSO cases start with a complaint of children going missing. The issue of missing children has a very strong connection with the POCSO ecosystem. This aspect is going either absent or under-engaged in the ongoing discourse of Ten Years of POCSO.”
