Official Legal Notice: Warning of Misconduct by Mr. Lalit Kumbaj

To all concerned parties,

This notice serves as a formal declaration of serious concern regarding the actions of Mr. Lalit Kumbaj, also known as Mr. Lalit Sharma. Mr. Kumbaj, who was once under the tutelage of our organization for the establishment of his enterprise, Abacus Gyan, has since engaged in conduct unbecoming of the values and practices upheld by our institution.

Mr. Kumbaj has independently initiated an operation titled "Abacus Olympic," for which he has secured a domain and established a website. His promotional endeavors across various communication platforms, notably WhatsApp, have been executed with the intent to mislead by insinuating an association with our distinguished Abacus Olympiad events and the Abacus Olympics Association. Such actions have not only disseminated misinformation to the public but have also detrimentally affected the integrity and commercial interests of our association.

We hereby demand an immediate cessation of these misleading activities by Mr. Kumbaj and insist upon restitution to all parties adversely affected by his misrepresentations. Non-compliance with this directive will necessitate the initiation of legal proceedings.

It is imperative to acknowledge that Mr. Kumbaj has expressed contrition via WhatsApp and has pledged to retract all deceptive claims forthwith.

The aforementioned conduct suggests a profound distrust in his own establishment, compelling him to adopt disreputable strategies to extract funds from an unsuspecting demographic.

We call upon the community to exercise due diligence and caution against such deceptive facsimiles. The Abacus Olympics Association remains steadfast in its commitment to excellence in educational standards and training. We assure all stakeholders—students, educators, and guardians—that we shall not condone any fraudulent replication or malpractice.

Any individual who encounters or identifies similar fraudulent conduct is implored to report such instances to us without delay to facilitate immediate and decisive legal recourse.
