Wonderful meeting with Shri Ashwani Kumar Chand Ji (IPS), Resident Commissioner, Sikkim House.

We had an insightful discussion on Sikkim’s extraordinary climate leadership — from becoming India’s first 100% Organic State (2016) to now emerging as one of the country’s Carbon-Negative frontrunners.

Shri Ashwani Kumar Chand Ji will be joining us at the India Climate Conclave 2025, where he will present:
• Sikkim’s journey from Organic State to Carbon-Negative Pathways,
• Replicable frameworks for other Indian states, and
• How this shared vision contributes to Net Zero India by 2070.
