We wrapped up an energetic capacity building training for our Red Action Lab fellows last week in Jamshedpur.

19 fellows across 15 communities/villages will be implementing our integrated curriculum on gender, health and climate with adolescents in Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. ⭐

We are excited to see how their journey shapes in the next 7 months of the fellowship 🌱🌸

Welcome our fabulous, talented, dedicated and passionate cohort of Sutradhars for the Red Action Lab fellowship. 🌻

These mentors/coaches are people who have lived experiences around gender, have worked/are working in the social sector, and are experts/leaders in different domains. 💫

Our fellows will be building relationships and engaging with their respective Sutradhar over the next 7 months to learn, grow, find support, explore about themselves and their careers.

We are excited to see the Femfuture Collective tribe growing. 🌱

As a part of the Innovation Funding Grant by The Circle, we are initiating the creation of Gender Action Clubs in government schools in Jamshedpur. We are currently conducting workshops and learning experiences for 8th and 9th grade students in 2 schools around health, future of work, climate action through a gender integrated lens.
