সেয়েহে, কেৱল কোনো নাগৰিক অসমৰ আন এখন জিলাৰ বাসিন্দা বুলিয়েই তেওঁক অসমৰ কোনো জিলাত বাস কৰাৰ অধিকাৰৰ পৰা বঞ্চিত কৰিব নোৱাৰি। এই সাংবিধানিক অধিকাৰসমূহৰ প্ৰতি সন্মান প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰাটো গণতন্ত্ৰ, সমতা আৰু আইনৰ শাসন অটুট ৰখাৰ বাবে অত্যন্ত জৰুৰী।

Article 19(1)(e) of the Constitution of India guarantees every Indian citizen the right to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India. Similarly, Article 19(1)(d) guarantees the right to move freely throughout the territory of India.

Therefore, no citizen can be denied the right to live in any district of Assam merely because they originally belong to another district. Respecting these constitutional rights is essential for upholding democracy, equality, and the rule of law.
