Are you an experienced Endure Consultant looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting remote role available for a talented individual with 5-9 years of experience!

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch BA and Support services to high-profile clients. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while working on diverse and engaging projects.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering BA and/or Support services to high-profile Clients.

Defining and implementing team processes for all support activities, including documentation.

Diagnosing and resolving live system incidents across various internal and vendor applications.

Monitoring and recording incident progress, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.

Collaborating with Project & Portfolio Management and QA teams on system enhancements.

Operating within a change-controlled environment, creating thorough deployment plans.

Liaising with other support/development teams to resolve cross-system issues.

Handling and resolving Openlink defects (e.g., EOD) in a fast-paced environment.
