As a trainer I not only focus on sharing what I know, but, I always look forward to conducting interactive activities to engage my audience, Little they know their opinions, discussions, and thoughts all go to my treasure box of learning. Do we really need to teach our kids the skill of soft skills?

It was really humble of Sapna Foundation for providing me with the opportunity to conduct sessions in Alwar.

14 teachers along with the Principal Ma'am herself were part of the training. The topics I covered with them are the following:
1-Destress
2-Empathy and its importance in the workplace
3-Managing work-life-balance

I feel joyous to be able to share my knowledge with the teachers, as now they can implement the same in their personal and professional lives.
