Today On 05-07-2024 GMS Handwara organized a series of events and activities following the Friday prayers. This report provides an overview of the conducted activities, which included a Naat competition, various sports activities, and other engaging events.
A Naat competition was held where students showcased their talent in reciting praises for the *Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).* The competition saw enthusiastic participation, with students demonstrating excellent skills and dedication.Various sports activities were organized to promote physical fitness and teamwork among the students. In addition to the Naat competition and sports activities, several other events were conducted to ensure a holistic experience for the students.

*𝕀 𝕒𝕞 𝕡𝕝𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕖𝕕 𝕥𝕠 𝕚𝕟𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕞* *𝕪𝕠𝕦 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕥 **𝔾𝕠𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝔾𝕚𝕣𝕝𝕤 𝕄𝕚𝕕𝕕𝕝𝕖 𝕊𝕔𝕙𝕠𝕠𝕝 (GMS) ℍ𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕒* celebrated International *𝕐𝕠𝕘𝕒 𝔻𝕒𝕪* with great enthusiasm and zeal on *June 21, 2024* . The event was held at the school premises and witnessed active participation from both students and staff.
The celebration began with a brief introduction to the *significance* of International Yoga Day, highlighting the benefits of *yoga* for physical and mental well-being. Following this, a professional yoga instructor conducted a session where students learned various yoga asanas and breathing techniques.The students demonstrated remarkable interest and enthusiasm, actively engaging in the activities. The event concluded with a meditation session, promoting the importance of mindfulness and relaxation.We are proud of our students for their enthusiastic participation and grateful to the staff for their support in making this event a success. We believe that integrating yoga into our students' routines will contribute positively to their overall development.
