Day 1 | 09-Day Advanced Yoga Olympiad Orientation & Training Programme (Junior Category)
Day 1 commenced with a welcome ceremony and kit distribution, setting a positive and disciplined tone for the programme. The Patanjali Research Foundation team briefed participants on Patanjali’s vision and the orientation structure.
The academic sessions featured an insightful lecture by Dr. Shivangi Saxena on Introduction to Yoga & Yoga Olympiad Rules, followed by Dr. Lalit who explained Yoga Olympiad Theory – Yoga Darshan Basics, strengthening the theoretical foundation of the participants from Sikkim.
