Remuneration:
• Monthly Cost to Company (CTC): INR 16000 (Sixteen Thousand)
• Take home salary 11500.

• Weekly Off: One weekly off per week (any day between Monday and Thursday)

Growth Plan:
• After completing 6 months of job with Barbeque Nation, employees will undergo a performance assessment. Based on this assessment, they will be promoted to the next level.
• Salary After Promotion: Employees will be eligible for Monthly CTC of INR 19,000 to 21,000.
