Today, RNBA hosted its Annual Staff Meeting, a meaningful space where we collectively reflected on the journey of the past year—our achievements, learnings, challenges, and the impact created across communities.

The session was anchored by our Executive Director, who guided us through thought-provoking discussions on strengthening our mission and shaping what we envision for RNBA in the coming years. Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to collaboration, integrity, and community-centered action.
