WICCI Rajasthan Architecture 2026 Event 1.0: Threads of Time-The Gyan Museum Experience, it's inaugural in person event, which celebrated ICOM's International Museum Day with a visit to this beautiful space designed by Paul Mathieu.

Visit to Gyan Museum (2nd May 2026)
The event included a curated walk through the museum understanding the design interventions, clients' perspectives, knowledge of the collection, and the owner's' jewellery manufacturing unit (which is housed in the same campus) visit. Ably managed on ground by Ar Aditi Taneja ( ) and Ar Astha Tholia ( ), alongwith with a tete a tete with the owner Mr. Arun dhaddha ji to understand the space better, the visit culminated with varied takeaways for all concerned.

WICCI Rajasthan Architecture hosted its inaugural event, 'Threads of Time' - A visit to the Gyan Museum, Jaipur, to celebrate World Museum Day.

This curated experience offered to look at how personal artifacts breathe life into architectural spaces. An insightful walktrough led by the founder of Gyan Museum, Mr. Arun Dhaddha ji, who shared the stories behind the soul of the collection (his father, Mr. Gyan Chand Dhaddha ji)
The monochromatic interior palette by globally renowned designer “Paul Mathieu”, acts as a quiet catalyst, allowing the legacy to take center stage,where design speaks softly, never overpowering the essence of what is preserved.

The event was a vibrant gathering of architects and designers: Ar. Preethi Agrawal (President), Ar. Geetanjali Kasliwal (Vice-president), Ar. Shamini Shanker Jain (Advisor), Ar. Kavita Jain, Ar. Rekha Nemani, Ar. Sangeeta Maithel, and many others, our esteemed members.
