Healthy Khajur Chikoo Milkshake Recipe | No Sugar Energy Drink
🥄 Ingredients:
• 2-3 पके हुए चीकू
• 4 खजूर (बीज निकाले हुए)
• ½ कप ठंडा दूध
• 4-5 बादाम
• 3-4 बर्फ के टुकड़े
👩🍳 Method:
1. चीकू को छीलकर उसके बीज निकाल लें।
2. मिक्सर जार में चीकू, खजूर, बादाम और ठंडा दूध डालें।
3. बर्फ के टुकड़े डालकर सभी सामग्री को अच्छी तरह ब्लेंड करें।
4. स्मूद होने पर गिलास में निकालें।
5. ठंडा-ठंडा हेल्दी चीकू-खजूर मिल्कशेक सर्व करें।

📝 Ingredients:
• 1 bowl shevai (dry roasted)
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp jire
• 1/2 tsp mohari
• 2 green chillies
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• Roasted peanuts
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• Salt as per taste
• 2 bowls water
• Lemon juice
👩🍳 Method:
1️⃣ First dry roast the shevai and keep aside.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add jire and mohari.
3️⃣ Add green chilli, onion and tomato, sauté well.
4️⃣ Add roasted peanuts, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
5️⃣ Pour 2 bowls water and let it boil.
6️⃣ Add roasted shevai and cook till soft.
7️⃣ Squeeze fresh lemon juice and serve hot 😍
