🌸 World Mental Health Day 2025 🌸
Today was really special. Hundreds of students across our partner schools took part in our Happy Mind activity - a few quiet minutes to pause, breathe, and take a pledge to care for their minds. 🌟
At SDPY Lower Primary School in Palluruthy, Anu () joined the morning assembly to guide the children, while teachers in our other partner schools led the same activity in their classrooms.
The feedback truly warmed our hearts. Our students said they felt lighter, and teachers shared how meaningful it was to slow down together.
These small moments matter. 💚 When we teach children to care for their minds, we’re giving them tools for life.
A heartfelt thank you to every school joining us in making mental health a priority for our children. 🌸
