Surya proved his elite technical expertise on the floor, but the journey to the top required continuous dedication. Here is a look at his path to victory:
* **The Road to the Finals:** Before taking the national stage, he successfully won both the State-level and Regional-level competitions, using the platform to master the craft of value-added seafood preparation.
* **Mastering the Craft:** The high-intensity competition put complex processing skills to the test, featuring the preparation of Nobashi stretched shrimp, breaded butterfly shrimp, breaded squids, fish fillets, and marinated skewers.
