Finally something I have always wanted to try, Bûche de Noël or as we call it, Yule Log. A traditional French dessert, this cake consists of a light and airy Genoise Sponge filled with a heavenly cocoa hazelnut whipped cream and topped with a classic chocolate ganache.
I had grand plans for it, but ran out of time as usual on D day with the spread we put up😁 As they say, it is what it is...

It's the season....

Biscoff and Tiramisu, truly a match made in heaven!
