A lifesaving initiative by Baby Memorial Hospitals to equip the public with Emergency Response Skills
On the occasion of World Emergency Day, an awareness programme was organized to educate the public on how to respond effectively during emergencies. Through interactive games, demonstrations, and engaging activities, participants learned the importance of quick thinking, timely action, and basic emergency response skills.
What began as a simple outing with a friend turned into a moment that would change someone’s life forever. While passing near Blue Diamond Mall, Kozhikode Muhammed Faseeh noticed a man suddenly collapsed on the ground. While others stood shocked, he didn’t hesitate for even a second. With a calm mind, steady hands, and a heart full of compassion, Muhammed Faseeh rushed forward and immediately began CPR . In those critical moments, he wasn’t just an Emergency Medical Services Staff Nurse he became someone’s hope and reason to return back to life again. Because of his timely action, a precious life was saved and a family was spared unimaginable grief. On this World Emergency Medicine Day, we salute those who act when every second matters .

Today, we announced the successful completion of one year of LifeLinER, marking an important milestone in our mission to make lifesaving skills accessible to every community.
In the past year, LifeLinER has reached 30,000+ participants through 407+ training and awareness sessions across 347 institutions nationwide.
Because when an emergency strikes, saving a life often begins before reaching a hospital.
As we step into the next chapter with LifeLinER 2.0, this mission will now expand across the BMH Care Group ecosystem through BMH, Meitra Hospital, Naruvi Hospitals and Star Hospitals, taking first aid and emergency preparedness to a much larger canvas.
