We're a IT company seeking a highly motivated and ambitious MBA fresher to join our Sales and Marketing team. As a Management Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and developing marketing strategies.

*Job Description:*

- Help to Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and stay updated on industry trends
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products/services
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new leads
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other business intelligence documents
- ERP /AI Tools sales

*Requirements:*

- MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
